As citizens, we expect our elected officials to exemplify these characteristics. These qualities are especially needed in our courts.

This year, we will elect Judges to sit on the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia. I am running for Judge for the Court of Common Pleas because I want to deliver JUSTICE FAIRLY to Philadelphians with WISDOM and EXPERIENCE.

Everyone should be treated with respect.

I believe that people trust the law when they feel they can trust the process….

As a Judge, I will strive to ensure that all parties will receive a fair trial. Everyone who comes before

me will be treated FAIRLY and with PROFESSIONALISM.

  • I believe that the best Judges are those who can tell the difference between a bad person and a person having a bad day….
  • I believe that parties should have their cases heard in a timely and efficient manner with no trivial or unreasonable delays…
  • I believe that a good judge has the right temperament and demeanor to properly manage the large amount of cases that they hear every day…

I believe that I have the FAIRNESS, EXPERIENCE and WISDOM to serve as a Judge in Philadelphia’s Court of Common Pleas.

I humbly ask for your vote on May 16th , and I will strive to earn your trust…

Thank You,
Mark J. Moore, Esq.
